Job Title: Guidance Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Guidance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling students via phone, email, and in-person sessions.
  • Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to convert them into admissions.
  • Resolving student and parent queries over telephone, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Maintaining effective communication until the learner is onboarded.
  • FOLLOWING admission guidelines as per criteria, policies, and procedures.
  • Generating MIS Reports on a periodic basis.
  • Contributing to admissions by promotions, creating awareness, various activities, and workshops to increase walk-ins.

Academic Support:

  • Maintaining schedules for respective batches and academic data records.
  • Ensuring all centre/student related activities run smoothly.
  • Organizing events and induction programs for students & teachers.
  • Participating in education events, in-house events, fairs, and engaging with the student community.
  • Contribute & Implement to the planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students.
  • Keeping a track of assignments, learner resource distribution, examinations & evaluations.

Operations & Administration:

  • Coordinating with members, teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure effective functioning of the academic & non-academic activities.
  • Assisting the accounts department in collection of fees.
  • Oversight/facilitation of vendor & faculty payment.
  • Maintaining all records regarding students, faculty, resources, infrastructure etc.
