Our team is seeking a highly skilled Academic Guidance Specialist to support prospective students in navigating the complex admissions process for our esteemed programs.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to applicants, helping them to make informed decisions about their educational paths. This will involve conducting thorough assessments of applicants' qualifications and experience, as well as offering personalized advice and guidance throughout the application process.

As an Academic Guidance Specialist, you will also be responsible for developing and delivering informative sessions and webinars about our programs and admission requirements, as well as collaborating with the admissions team to streamline processes and improve student experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents effectively.
  • Familiarity with admission processes and educational programs, especially in technology and engineering fields.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
