Job Title: Academic Guidance Specialist

Career Mantra is an educational advisory board dedicated to simplifying course and college selection for students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in India and abroad.

Our platform provides authentic information on over 1500 institutions and 25,000 courses, catering to over 10 lakh registered students. Headquartered in Gwalior, we aim to bridge the gap between students and their educational goals by offering personalized experiences and comprehensive career guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough guidance and support to students in selecting the right courses and colleges based on their academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information and interactions, ensuring data integrity.
  • Facilitate communication between students, educational institutions, and internal teams to streamline the admissions process.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in events, seminars, and webinars to increase engagement and provide valuable insights to prospective students.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of various courses, colleges, and entrance criteria to offer accurate advice and guidance to students.
  • Respond to inquiries via email or other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English and South languages, are mandatory for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data entry to manage and update student and course information accurately.
  • Experience in customer service to assist students in navigating educational options and processes seamlessly.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure all information provided is correct and comprehensive.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive student data and institutional information.
