Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads generated through campaigns and webinars to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Pitch premium programs and certifications that enhance employability in finance.
- Build strong relationships with learners via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups to deliver high-value education experiences.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings is preferred.
- Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers is an asset.
- Proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Goal-driven with a passion for learner success.
