Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tax Advisor with prior experience in taxation and ITR filing. The role involves hands-on work in Direct Tax, client handling, and regulatory compliance. You will work under the mentorship of experienced professionals, gaining valuable exposure to real-time tax matters and client interactions.

This role is open to candidates pursuing CA (IPCC/Intermediate or above), as well as graduates/postgraduates in B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance) or any finance-related field who have relevant experience in taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals and businesses
  • Support with GST return filing, reconciliation, and compliance activities
  • Assist in tax audits, maintaining documentation and working papers
  • Conduct research on tax provisions, case laws, and recent amendments
  • Ensure proper client record maintenance and timely submissions

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed CA (preferably IPCC/Intermediate level or above)
  • OR Graduates/Postgraduates in Commerce, Finance or related fields (B.Com, BBA, MBA - Finance)
  • Experience in taxation and ITR filing is mandatory
  •  Knowledge of Indian tax laws (Income Tax, GST)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and tax software like ClearTax, Winman
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, professional environment
