Job Title: Site Development DirectorProject Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Development Director to lead the execution of multiple construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and demonstrate a deep understanding of project management principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders. A proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously and effectively delegate tasks to team members is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Site Management: Oversee site operations, including personnel management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance, to ensure smooth execution and minimize delays.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all site activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and maintain a safe working environment for employees and subcontractors.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders through regular updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
