Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of critical demand performance metrics
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies through online travel agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven insights and support
- Drive change and implement ideas to optimize pricing, listing content, and overall hotel performance
- Serve as a business development consultant for hotel managers and owners
- Interpret and communicate analytical results to stakeholders
- Analyze monthly hotel performance and provide recommendations for long-term strategies
- Conduct competitor analysis, demand forecasting, and pricing strategy development
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth startup
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in B2C revenue management is a plus
