About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Corporate HR Head, responsible for leading the transformation and embedding of our organisation's culture. The ideal candidate will champion our values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.

  • Provide strategic insights on all areas of HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development, including Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.
  • Advise on the development of effective employment policies across the company, ensuring compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, and procedures, and legislation.
  • Provide professional guidance, support, and development to HR staff, increasing knowledge, sharing best practice, and ensuring relevant professional standards are met.
  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy, core areas of the HR department, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward, and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems.
  • Drive the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on engagement, welfare activities, maximising productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers, and building leadership capability.
  • Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening our organisational culture, ensuring that our company values and approach are displayed.
  • Develop and implement a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with our company values, business strategy, and commitments.
  • Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships, and encourage retention.
Requirements
  • Master Degree in HR or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • The ability to create people strategy and drive business results.
  • Commercial acumen, experience of using metrics for driving performance, and a pro-active attitude.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, positive approachable manner, proactive work ethic, curious mindset, and ability to think innovatively and rationally.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law, thorough and methodical attention to detail, good time management skills, first-rate communication and presentation skills, and commitment to be an inspiring role model.
