About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to:

  • Budget planning and cost control;
  • Inventory management and procurement of office supplies;
  • Facilities maintenance and repairs;
  • Security and access control;
  • Maintenance of office equipment and vehicles;
  • Management of storage space and archives;
  • Mail handling and distribution;
  • Office space and furniture requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Office Operations Manager will also serve as a liaison between departments and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:
