Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in India.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Oversee and manage the complexities of a TaaS workforce, including contractor management and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience managing a TaaS workforce.
- Strong understanding of employee-contractor relationships.
- Experience with payroll automation systems.
- Expertise in various HR functions, including HR operations, HR business partnering, and talent development.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
