Technical Lead - Enterprise Technology Platform

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to lead our next-generation enterprise technology platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing engineering teams, with a strong background in Java technologies and experience in delivering cutting-edge solutions for customers.

The role demands a deep understanding of the existing platform, with a focus on taking it to the next level by building innovative solutions that leverage advanced domain knowledge, technology competency, and industry exposure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating detailed technical task lists
  • Providing technical guidance to the team
  • Enforcing Digital Harbor standards and best practices

Key Requirements:

  • Strong technical leadership and guidance skills
  • Proven ability to build functionally rich, high-performance, scalable, and multi-tenant platforms
  • Solid experience in building secure platforms
  • History of successfully bringing innovative software products to market

Desirable Skills:

  • Passion for building applications that are sensitive to memory, bandwidth, latency, and tough performance constraints
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
  • Experience working in a highly agile Scrum environment
