Technical Lead - Windchill

Job Summary
The Technical Lead - Windchill plays a critical role in managing technology within development projects, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that meet organizational objectives. This position is responsible for providing technical guidance, fostering team capabilities, and ensuring adherence to best practices, ultimately driving project success and enhancing productivity across the development team. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards For Windchill Implementations, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Windchill Functionalities And Best Practices, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Potential Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Risks, Facilitating The Timely Resolution Of Any Escalations And Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives.Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Systems.
2. Strong Understanding Of Change Management Processes And Design Verification & Validation Methodologies.
3. Proficiency In Utilizing Sap For Integrated Project Management And Compliance Tracking.
4. Familiarity With Coding Standards And Best Practices In Software Development.
5. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Complemented By Effective Communication Abilities.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Windchill Professional (Cwp), Ptc Windchill Plm Certification, Or Relevant Sap Certifications.
