Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled L3 IAM Sailpoint Engineer to provide technical expertise and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L3-level support for IAM + Sailpoint in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  • Design, architect, and optimize OAM + Sailpoint platforms; manage capacity and upgrades.
  • Lead major incidents and mentor L1/L2 teams; produce post-incident reports.
  • Define standards and implement automation (scripts/Infra-as-Code).
  • Participate in DR/BCP drills and performance baselining.
  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
