**Job Title:** CMDB Technical Lead Specialist

 

As a CMDB Technical Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes in our IT infrastructure. You will ensure the integrity and robustness of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong technical expertise in external data source integrations, ITOM discovery, OT Module, and ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

* Maintain the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.

* Establish relationships between CIs to accurately reflect dependencies within the IT infrastructure.

* Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities.

* Manage the CMDB module, improving data representation accuracy.

* Develop and track key performance indicators for CMDB health.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

* 8-10 years' relevant experience in an IT industry with 5 years' ServiceNow experience.

* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications).

* Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
