Job Title: Salesforce QA Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing software testing teams and delivering high-quality results within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the software testing team.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver high-quality software.
  • Skilled in at least one automation test solution (e.g., Katalon, Selenium, etc.).
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test cases, test scripts and scenarios, and test data.
  • Utilize SQL for database testing and data validation.
  • Create and maintain reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
  • 6-15 years of experience.

Preferred Location: Gurgaon office (Delhi/NCR region ONLY).
