LOCATION: DELHI

Job Description:

a. As a Salesforce expert, you are responsible for Sales & Service Cloud application support in the sales & service management department, you will ensure a smooth operation in this area, including the interfaces to other IT systems and applications.

b. Responsible for feature development in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud in close coordination with Salesforce product owner.

c. Healthy coordination and exchange with the Salesforce IT service provider (CBS) on the topics like: Support requests, change sets, ticket processing and ticket testing.

d. Operational end-user support for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

e. Responsible for the Salesforce issue handling in collaboration with external and internal departments including testing and approving of developments.

f. Gathering and documentation of new specifications and requirements for the further improvements in Salesforce in form of user stories (JIRA).

g. Creating Salesforce reports & dashboards based on user requirements and responsible for creating analysis and ad-hoc reports.

h. Training of team members in the sales-related IT systems.

Required qualifications:

  • B.Tech/B.E in computer science or Information Technology.
  • Direct experience of 3-5 years within Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud. Experience with sales-related IT systems such as configurator, ERP, CRM, JIRA would be added advantage.
  • First hand experience is solving Salesforce queries and creating dashboards and reports regularly.
  • Independent and self reliant in executing tasks.
  • Candidate should be assertive and persuasive in approach. Must be a very good team member.
  • Confident and amicable, someone who can work with a team seamlessly comprising of different departments and hierarchy.

Preferred skills:

  • German language would be a big plus for the role.
  • It is expected that candidate is looking for a mid to long term association of 2-4 years .
