Role Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to take end-to-end ownership of product development within an Agile and DevOps environment. The role involves collaborating with global teams to enhance and implement Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management domains, integrating various third-party and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem.

  • Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
  • Follow Salesforce best practices and standards in development.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Implement process automation using Salesforce Flow capabilities.
  • Work within version control and CI/CD infrastructure using tools like Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ensure code quality through Apex test classes and maintain clean, flexible Apex code.
  • Support Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
  • 4 – 7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience (click and code).
  • Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, process automation, and screen flows.
  • Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with API integration, RESTful services, and third-party vendor integrations.
  • Understanding of SQL and SOQL.
  • Exposure to Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to set up CI/CD pipelines using Git and Salesforce DX.
