The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce applications. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform.- Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications, workflows, and Lightning components on the Salesforce platform.- Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.- Work with Salesforce APIs and integration tools to connect Salesforce with other third-party systems.- Configure Salesforce features, such as reports, dashboards, and process automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow rules).- Customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules within Salesforce.- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Mule Soft, or other integration tools.- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.- Write and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of the application.- Participate in the deployment process using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or Ant Migration Tool.- Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, business analysts, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications, resolving issues as they arise.- Guide and mentor junior Salesforce developers and administrators.- Write clear and concise technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.- Document processes and workflows to ensure transparency and adherence to best practices.
