As our founding Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for architecting our technological universe, translating vision into architecture, and designing, building, and scaling our secure, high-performance platform.

You will own our integration with critical systems like the SCORES platform and payment gateways, ensuring we build with trust and integrity from day one. This is a hands-on role that requires writing critical code, reviewing PRs, mentoring early engineers, and building the culture of technical excellence we need to win.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver, owner, and builder who has 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or a highly regulated BFSI environment. You must have deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. A founder's mindset and a passion for innovation are essential for this role.

Key qualifications include:

  • Technical skills: Hands-on expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Leadership experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role within FinTech, WealthTech, or a highly regulated BFSI environment.
  • Compliance knowledge: Understanding of SEBI and RBI regulations, and experience embedding them into products.
  • Communication skills: Ability to translate technical vision into a compelling story of credibility and innovation.
