Lead Architect for India and Global Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to join our team in Mumbai, India. As part of the founding leadership team of a global Top 100 architecture firm's first India studio, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical delivery of prestigious architectural projects across various sectors including Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Oversight: Oversee the technical delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and global colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture: A degree in architecture or a related field is essential.
  • Registration as an Architect in India: Registration as an architect in India is mandatory.
  • 8-12 Years of Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in architectural practice, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and other design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
