About Company Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our hiring team. The intern will primarily focus on sourcing candidates for German Teacher roles, generating leads from various platforms, and building a pool of Trainer candidates. Additionally, they will assist with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source high-quality candidates for open positions via different job platforms.
  • Maintain and update a database of Trainer candidates.
  • Assist in screening and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure accurate records of office assets, including Wi-Fi devices, laptops, and other equipment.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing or willingness to learn.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
