Human Resources Intern Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our people operations and gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

This internship is ideal for students or young professionals looking to develop their skills in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support daily HR operations such as maintaining accurate records and handling queries from employees.
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Draft professional emails, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure task completion.
  • Provide general administrative and personal assistance to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Availability to commit to a 6-month internship.
