
Senior HR Professional

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function to drive business growth through strategic people-centric initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in HR operations and a strong background in labor laws and compliance. They will be an excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees to ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Creating and enforcing HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with organizational goals to drive success.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Fostering a healthy work environment by addressing grievances, overseeing employee relations, and planning employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Performance Management: Leading performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes to drive employee growth and development.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits to minimize risk and ensure a compliant workforce.
- HR Operations and Reporting: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports to provide insights and inform business decisions.
