Performance Marketer
Drive Revenue Growth with Performance Advertising Strategies
About the Role:As a skilled Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel campaigns that drive results for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) in North America.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms and a proven track record of generating leads and driving sales for SMBs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance-driven advertising strategies to reach local and regional SMBs in the USA
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams on alignment and landing page optimization to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Own campaign performance and hit key lead and sales metrics
Requirements:
- Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification
- Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs
- Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
- Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
- Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
- Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results
