Executive Director of Student Experience

The Executive Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the student experience, encompassing academic and extracurricular activities. They are responsible for managing resources, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring seamless communication.

  • Lead a campus, steering its strategy, and eliminating obstacles that hinder team progress.
  • Manage P&L, oversee cross-functional teams at the campus level, and coordinate initiatives with the central program team.
  • Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes.
  • Establish processes and continually seek ways to enhance engagement levels and performance through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery.
  • Oversee the campus student experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding.
  • Collaborate with the placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes.
  • Maintain strong collaboration and bonding with the partner university.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Category Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience preferred.
  • Goal-driven individual who excels in fast-paced environments.
  • A balance between setting up long-term processes and achieving short-term goals.
  • Empathy toward students and desire for aspirational outcomes for all students.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
