A high-performing and dynamic Senior Executive is required to lead the Human Resources function for our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives, fostering a positive organisational culture, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws specific to the real estate sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
