Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support our business units in the BPO/IT industry. This role is aligned with U.S. clients and will focus on employee communications, HR documentation, and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate should have experience in all areas related to human resources, including employee onboarding, background checks, and conflict resolution. They should be comfortable working with internal leaders to drive HR programs and ensure a supportive, compliant, and performance-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR support across designated business units
  • Assist in executing internal communication plans to improve employee alignment and engagement
  • Facilitate HR initiatives around performance, engagement, and culture
  • Support employee relations: investigations, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation
  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
  • Assist management in conflict resolution
  • Set standards for ethics, values, and culture of the organization
  • Assist with collecting HR data and producing reports for leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in HRBP
  • Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
