Job Title: Human Resources Strategist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our organization's human capital development.
This role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy, aligned with business objectives, and driving HR synergies across departments regarding policies and practices.
Talent Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading talent strategy, assessment, development, and succession for key roles.
In addition, you will manage HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs, ensure strong succession planning for critical roles, and promote talent mobility across departments.
Performance & Rewards
You will oversee the Performance Management Framework for executives, collaborate with the Compensation Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures, and establish a HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution.
Business Partnership
The ideal candidate will partner with executives for aligned HR delivery, report on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture, and contribute to the development of organizational-wide HR strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy, aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent strategy, assessment, development, and succession for key roles
- Manage HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs
- Oversee the Performance Management Framework for executives

Requirements
- Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in a senior or executive role
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, performance management, and compensation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships with executives and employees at all levels
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions
