Human Resources Leader Position

This role entails overseeing all human resources functions, focusing on performance evaluation, workload analysis, and other key areas.

Main Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled candidates.
  • Manage the entire hiring process from job posting to selection.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and make informed hiring recommendations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiters and job boards.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
Performance Enhancement
  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Provide coaching to managers on effective performance management techniques.
  • Develop employee development programs.
  • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Create recognition and reward programs.
Workload Optimization
  • Conduct comprehensive workload assessments across departments.
  • Analyze job roles and responsibilities for efficiency.
  • Recommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysis.
  • Monitor employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Establish metrics to track workload distribution.
Leave Administration
  • Oversee all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA).
  • E nsure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Process leave requests and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate coverage during employee absences.
  • Review and update leave policies as needed.
  • Generate reports on leave utilization.
General HR Functions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
  • Prepare HR reports for senior management.
  • Maintain workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are advantageous.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and performance management.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is essential.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, ADP).
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • HR analytics and reporting tools.
