  • Job Summary:

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality IT services to ensure seamless business operations. As a senior IT professional, you will lead the service delivery team to achieve organizational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To define and develop measurable targets for all IT services, ensuring service excellence in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • To monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • To oversee service operations and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • To manage people-related tasks including roster planning, shift allocation, and resource availability.
  • To foster a culture of accountability and performance management within the service delivery team.
  • To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service operations.
  • To be flexible to work in rotational shifts to support 24x7 operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services and achieving organizational goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
