Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts, exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Pursue and close complex sales deals, often requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineers and Professional Services, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in CRM or ERP sales.
  • Deep understanding of the auto industry and its unique sales challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

While not required, the following skills and experience would be highly valued:

  • Experience selling to C-Level executives and across IT and business units.
  • Strong technical competence, with a focus on CRM and ERP solutions.
  • Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
