Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured onboarding connections and conversations with new employees.
- Create and track an employee journey framework that captures expectations vs. achievements.
- Ensure feedback flows into the probation review process, providing data-driven insights.
- Design, implement, and manage engagement programs for our organizations.
Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey
- Owning the end-to-end onboarding experience ensures seamless cultural assimilation.
- Maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.
- Provide insights to managers to improve retention during the probation period.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Generate dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership.
- Use HR data to identify engagement, attrition, and sentiment trends.
- Collaborate to create holistic performance dashboards that blend people insights with operational accuracy.
Surveys & Insights
- Design and manage engagement, pulse, and exit surveys.
- Analyse survey data to derive actionable insights and share findings with leadership.
Transparent Communication & Tools

Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
