The role of Rural Development Strategist & Growth Accelerator involves unlocking growth capital and crafting a business model for our FICO and FOCO offerings.

This is a partner-level role with real ownership, not a job.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building the investment story from first principles.
  • Converting trust and reputation into a repeatable investor pipeline.
  • Owning capital raise end-to-end.
  • Building a repeatable engine for outreach and follow-ups.

What great looks like:

  • Publishing a robust business model within 0-30 days.
  • Multiples closures and a steady cadence of new investor meetings within 30-90 days.
  • A predictable pipeline with repeat investors within 6-12 months.

You'll be a fit if you:

  • Have a credible investor network among HNIs/family offices.
  • Have scaled investment-heavy plays or led capital formation.
  • Can simplify complex ideas into a narrative investors act on.
  • Carry strong references and a reputation for closing without noise.
