Lead Rural Livelihoods

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our rural livelihoods strategy.

The ideal candidate will develop sustainable, scalable, and inclusive income opportunities across Punjab.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive livelihoods strategy aligned with our vision and the socio-economic realities of Punjab.
  • Develop models that can scale across Punjab and ensure long-term community ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design & Implementation
  • Develop program budgets, resources, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Ensure integration of technology, digital literacy, and market linkages in livelihood programs.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
  • Forge partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and local stakeholders.
  • Facilitate market linkages, supply chain connections, and access to credit for rural entrepreneurs.
Impact & Learning
  • Build strong impact measurement frameworks to track program KPIs.
  • Document best practices, case studies, and learnings for scaling and replication.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Rural Development, Management, Social Work, Agriculture, or related fields.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in livelihoods, rural development, or community enterprise building.
  • Strong understanding of social enterprises, women's economic empowerment, agriculture, and allied sectors.
