Job Title: Spatial Experience Designer

Lead the design strategy for a geospatial AI platform, crafting user-centric experiences that transform farming practices worldwide.

  • Develop comprehensive UX roadmaps aligned with business objectives, integrating user research and feedback to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and impactful interfaces that meet diverse farmer needs.
  • Design and maintain scalable UI libraries, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Conduct usability testing and A/B experiments to inform design decisions, driving measurable adoption and engagement impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years working on mobile-first products at scale.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful rural customer-facing apps or mass-market applications with significant adoption and engagement impact.
  • Hands-on expertise in conducting field research and usability testing with diverse user groups, applying findings to improve designs.
  • Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy principles, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and awareness of front-end engineering constraints, with ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
