
Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategist to lead and manage our HR function, driving strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture-building, and compliance.
Mentor a lean team to ensure they are set up for success, drive results through clear objectives, workload management, and constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a global team, overseeing key processes, including recruitment, payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding, and end-to-end HR administration.
- Champion employee experience by designing and implementing programs that enhance office amenities, wellness initiatives, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
- Develop and execute a culture-building strategy, incorporating targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
- Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum design, certification tracking, and impact reporting for our company's learning platform.
- Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, focusing on social media presence, career sites, and campus outreach.
- Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.
Requirements:
- Post-Graduation/Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
