Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to fill a Customer Support role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve product/service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
  • Document all customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma (any discipline).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support (voice process). Freshers are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
