Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to fill a Customer Support role.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve product/service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
- Document all customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma (any discipline).
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support (voice process). Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
