Workforce Management Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Supervisor to lead our team of Real Time Analysts in a fast-paced environment.

  • A minimum of five years of related call center workforce management experience, with at least two years of supervisory experience leading a team.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling is an added advantage.

Prioritizing Skills and Qualifications

  • Overall 5+ years of experience in WFM, with a strong focus on strategic workforce planning.
  • Two years of experience leading Real-Time Management teams, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to articulate understanding of key workforce management concepts, including forecasting, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Proficient with phone system reporting and scheduling tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
