Job Title:

Digital Transformation Lead - Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management and the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance procurement, planning, and distribution processes.

Data Science Strategy Development
  • Develop a comprehensive data science strategy: Optimize supply chain operations by leveraging advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Integrate key data sources: Enhance visibility and accuracy in procurement decisions and planning & distribution processes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies: GenAI, IoT, digital twins) to enhance data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
Advanced Analytics and Modeling
  • Deploy scientific replenishment strategies: Trade (India and Global markets)
  • Design and implement predictive models: Enhance demand forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory levels, distribution planning and improve supplier performance evaluation.
  • Drive innovation by exploring advanced analytics techniques: Machine learning models, AI algorithms to derive insights and create value from large, complex datasets.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning focused on procurement and supply chain challenges.
  • Set clear performance expectations: Provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional development in data science applications.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

  • Develop key performance indicators: Measure the impact of data science initiatives on procurement, planning, third-party manufacturing, and distribution performance.
  • Regularly report on progress: Analytical projects and their outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
