Lead Digital Transformation Strategist

This visionary leader will spearhead the company's digital transformation in the Training & Development sphere. As the Senior Vice President of Training, you will drive strategic initiatives and oversee comprehensive, digitally driven programs to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with the organization's overarching goals. They will champion the adoption of digital learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems and AI-driven tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation
      • Evaluate current skills gaps across the workforce through thorough needs assessments.
      • Design innovative digital learning content and programs, including simulations, virtual reality, and blended learning models.
    • Program Design
      • Evaluate digital learning platforms to ensure they meet organizational needs.
      • Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires.
    • Technology Management & Innovation
      • Champion emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology.
      • Develop and facilitate effective training strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Process Training
      • Ensure all training programs are designed to meet operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Management or Business.
  • 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and 5+ years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function.
