Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Change Analyst to play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives by ensuring stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and ready for change.

This is a contract role with an initial duration of 4 months and is renewable. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating change management activities, crafting impactful communications, and developing training materials to drive successful adoption across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting change activities for multiple digital transformation projects across the enterprise.
  • Maintaining and updating the organization's Knowledge intranet site.
  • Gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on communication reach, engagement, and change adoption.
  • Maintaining detailed reports on change and communication activities for various projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years experience in change management, change communication, & instructional design, preferably in multi-business or consulting environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics.
  • Instructional design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and intranet tools.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability across diverse business cultures.
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
