Job Opening: IT Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively monitoring the infrastructure, including CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other critical server parameters on a regular schedule to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and report any performance issues beyond thresholds to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Verify that scheduled tasks on the system are successfully completed and rerun them if there are any failures or discrepancies.
  • Communicate technical errors to the L2/L3 teams for prompt resolution.
  • Monitor emails, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets and provide initial responses accordingly.
  • Recreate issues in the testing environment and collaborate with the L2 team member for validation of issue fixes based on customer feedback.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of customer-facing experience is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing application or infrastructure support at the L1 level is necessary.
  • Prior experience with SailPoint or IAM system support is advantageous.
  • The ability to handle customer-related queries on system functionality and provide required support is crucial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A technical background in Java or scripting is an added advantage.
Required Years of Experience:
  • Between 3 - 5 Years
