Infrastructure and Cloud Service Professional

The Infrastructure and Cloud Services Specialist is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Technologies.
This team member will identify technical deficiencies in designs, configure production environments, and partner with team members to solve complex technical issues.
The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage medium to large-scale enterprise network topologies using Microsoft virtualization technologies.
- Maintain and deploy wireless networks for remote buildings and corporate offices.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure to support cloud migration and delivery of technology solutions using Microsoft Azure resources.
- Support and manage Office 365 users and Hybrid Exchange Server configurations.
- Support and manage OneDrive for Business and SharePoint environments.
- Support and manage Active Directory 2019 and newer.
- Manage key services including DNS, DHCP, File Services.
- Demonstrate knowledge in server and operating system support, Windows 2019 and above.
- Understanding of Veeam or other backup and replication technologies.
- Endpoint Detection & Response Solutions & Security Incident Event Management Solutions.
- Monitoring & Alerting Platforms.
- Active Directory Administration: AZURE AD & On-Premises + Entra ID.
- Asset Management: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager & System Center Operations Manager.
- Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune.
- Microsoft Windows Server Management & Hyper-V Clusters.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar.
- Proficiency in operating systems Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and IT best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are desirable.
