Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining scalable cloud-based systems on Google Cloud Platform.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, security and performance of our cloud infrastructure. This includes deploying and managing cloud services such as GKE, Compute Engine, and Storage.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain scalable cloud-based systems on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Deploy and manage cloud services such as GKE, Compute Engine, and Storage.
  • Ensure the reliability, security and performance of cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in cloud computing and experience with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as ELK and Stackdriver.
  • Understanding of configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
