Job Title: Assistant Manager (US Healthcare)

Minimum Experience: 1 year experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in BPO industry

Location: Infopark Kakkanad Kochi

Shift: Night Shift

Working Days: 5 days per week

Salary Range: 35,000 to 55,000 per month

Excellent English fluency both verbal and written.

Experience in shrinkage process management and attrition management

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics are met.
  2. Implement company policies across operational areas, establish team goals, and monitor performance against KPIs.
  3. Communicate clearly with associates and senior associates regarding client expectations and accountability.
  4. Coordinate and participate in the completion of production standards, recognizing high performers and managing a US client independently.
  5. Evolving job responsibilities in consultation with senior management.
  6. Screen and recruit production staff, plan training programs, manage employee issues, complete employee reviews, and implement HR policies.
