We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US HR Generalist to join our team at Servsys Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our US operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing offer packets, benefit packets, and other associate-related information
  • Administering compensation and benefit plans
  • Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Enhancing employee satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
  • Reviews, executes, and manages third-party vendor contracts; ensures services rendered
  • Oversees the exit interview process: ensures terminated employees are interviewed, completes random verbal exit interviews, compiles monthly performance review for employees
  • Coordinate communications on events, employee engagement, and HR policies
  • Interprets HR policies and employment law for employees
  • Assure compliance with I-9, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations, ACA, etc.
  • Monitor the payroll Tax Notices to ensure it is effectively managed and adhered to
  • Benefits Administration
  • Support in running and creating reports, analyzing information, and providing data for the HR function
  • Manage drug and background screening process
  • Be consistently present in the office
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees, promoting an open and engaging culture
  • Actively lead and organize employee engagement activities, ensuring high morale and effective team coordination
  • Adapt to a more HR-focused function, addressing the needs of our India office in terms of employee interactions, feedback, and fostering a connected, supportive work environment
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in US HR-related functions
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with HR compliance and employment regulations
  • Experience utilizing HR information and payroll systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interact well in a team environment and use collaborative skills to accomplish goals
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/responsibilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation communication software
