Energy Storage Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished energy storage professional to fill a key position. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related technologies.

  • Provide expert guidance on the design, sizing, and execution of BESS projects.
  • Develop technical and financial models for C&I clients.
  • Evaluate vendors, select technologies, and integrate with solar/open access systems.
  • Assist in project planning, commissioning, and optimization of existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, regulations, and storage applications.
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and policy frameworks governing C&I-based BESS and energy storage projects.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will possess 3–4 years' experience in executing C&I-based BESS/energy storage projects, with a strong understanding of storage technologies, safety, and standards.

In addition, they will have exposure to project execution, vendor management, and performance optimization, as well as the ability to consult, advise, and train internal teams for scaling storage business.
