
Global Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cross-border payments sales efforts. As Assistant Manager Cross Border Payments, you will be responsible for identifying and securing relationships with cross-border clients across regions, driving merchant acquisition through a robust cross-border sales strategy, and engaging with key partners and marketplaces to promote our cross-border payments solutions.
You will contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with our cross-border growth objectives. Your role will also involve developing and presenting compelling value propositions for our cross-border payment solutions, tailored to meet global compliance and regulatory standards.
Additionally, you will lead negotiations and manage contract development, ensuring favorable terms that support both client needs and our objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-border sales activities and seamless client onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange
- Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships
- Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently
- Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value, cross-border deals
