Business Development Manager for IT Solutions

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
- Research and develop effective sales campaigns to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales processes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
**Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a degree in MBA Sales/Marketing or any related diploma course in sales.
- Strong desire to build a career in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of the IT industry and its trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
