Job Overview

The Artificial Intelligence Administrator plays a critical role in driving the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools, ensuring precision, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data training and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Deliver audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools for AI applications.
  • Track model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain an internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps and governance rules.
  • Develop knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users.

Deliverables:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI tools and oversee their governance.
  • Address issues related to the Default Project space.
  • Ensure AI environment and data security by mitigating open business risks.
  • Enable AI tool functionalities for third-party applications.
